The nation has been gripped by William and Catherine fever. Before the big day everywhere we went we were bombarded with Royal Wedding discussions and pictures. With this magazine you can always remember the big day and look back at all the great gowns and the memorable moments. Basically if you miss the Royal Wedding hype and don’t want it all to be over then with this magazine, it doesn’t have to be! With parties all over the UK and abroad as well as a huge amount of memorabilia such as mugs, tea towels and stationary we suspect that everyone had at least one item to commemorate the wedding. Now this is another piece of memorabilia that any devoted Royal Wedding fan can’t go without.
We think that the reason for all the hype around the marriage was that essentially it boiled down to a rather sweet fairytale like story of the couple which in many ways was like any other relationship, they were together for many years before they tied the knot and we think that many people probably related to this. It was a very opulent occasion but behind all the glamour and extravagance, when it all came down to it, it was just a lovely wedding. And everyone loves a good traditional wedding don’t they.
We suspect that after the big day there were many women who got some new found enthusiasm for marriage and perhaps the idea of a big wedding and an even bigger party afterwards. We think that many men were probably subjected to a fair few hints. If nothing else this magazine could give you ideas for your own big day, perhaps without Buckingham Palace of course. Readers can get themselves excited for their own big day if they are a future bride and maybe get ideas of their dream dress. We have a funny feeling that replica dresses of Catherine’s creation will be popping up in our high street stores before you know it.
