CR Fashion Book has gone down a route that slightly differentiates it from the others on the marketplace. As can be seen by the huge number of different fashion magazines that we stock here at Newsstand, creating a new fashion magazine means entering a pretty crowded market, so you have to get something unique about you publication to make it stand out above the others.

CR Does this partly through sheer quality – it is an excellently put together piece, both in terms of the production values (lovely paper, gorgeous colour, excellent photography throughout) and the actual content. Each issue of this mightily sized magazine has a certain theme – for example the very first issue is based around the concept of Rebirth. Spring seems a little far away as we write this (the fogs are closing in and it’s October), but by simply giving the issue a theme to loosely adhere to, it makes something of a more coherent whole than a fashion magazine simply ordered by designer.

We can pretty confidently say that anyone who loves fashion will be more than pleased if they purchase a copy, and we think that the talents of Carine Roitfeld have been used excellently in the creation of this lovely publication. NB
